Observadas las limitaciones que afectan el conocimiento de la institución presidencial en el sistema político argentino, procede encarar su tratamiento integral, focalizando la indagación en sus dos campos de aplicación : la estructura básica del instituto presidencial y el desempeño del principal agente de autoridad.
Once analyzed the limitations that affected the presidential institution in the Argentine political System knowledge, proceeds to approach its integral treatment, focusing the inquiry on its two main application fields: the basic structure of the presidential function and the performance of the principal agent of authority.
