Idóneos en la escuela secundaria: hipótesis sobre sus saberes acerca de la enseñanza

Esta tesis se propone indagar sobre los idóneos en la escuela secundaria, es decir, aquellos docentes que no cuentan con título pedagógico para enseñar lo que enseñan y que están ejerciendo el rol de docentes. El foco de la investigación se encuentra en sus saberes y, más precisamente, en sus saberes acerca de la enseñanza. La tesis propone una mirada más amplia que la de identificar carencias y plantea otro modo de abordar el tema. Se enfoca en investigar cómo construyen esos saberes acerca de la enseñanza, cuáles son sus fuentes, cuál es la relación que tienen con esos saberes, qué características tienen esos saberes, qué saberes priorizan a la hora de ejercer el rol docente y de qué se valen para sostener los complejos procesos de enseñar y aprender, entre otras cuestiones. Se presentan algunas hipótesis que surgen a partir de experiencias, lecturas, encuestas y entrevistas con idóneos.
This thesis aims to inquire about idóneos, that is to say, those teachers who do not have a pedagogical degree to teach what they teach and are fullfilling the role of teachers. The focus of the research is on their knowledge and, more precisely, on their knowledge about teaching. The thesis proposes a broader view than that of identifying shortcomings and proposes another way of approaching the subject. It focuses on investigating how they construct this knowledge about teaching, what their sources are, what is the relationship they have with that knowledge, what characteristics this knowledge has, what knowledge they prioritize when fullfilling the teaching role and what they use to hold the complex processes of teaching and learning, among other issues. Some hypotheses from experiences, readings, surveys and interviews with idóneos are presented.
