La siguiente tesina pretende analizar e identificar la perspectiva de género de las docentes que conforman el Jardín Municipal Loyola Sur, de la ciudad de Santa Fe. Buscando conocer cómo se trabaja y aborda el género desde la mirada de las docentes de dicho establecimiento educativo. Los jardines municipales se constituyen como parte del Sistema Municipal de Educación Inicial en la ciudad de Santa Fe, los mismos permiten la atención educativa de niños/as de entre 45 días hasta 4 años de edad. Estos establecimientos tienen como objetivo una educación inicial de calidad para las primeras infancias en toda la ciudad, garantizando el derecho a la educación y la igualdad de oportunidades de todos/as los/as niños/as. Se utilizará para la investigación, una metodología cualitativa con la técnica de entrevistas semiestructuradas orientadas específicamente a las docentes del Jardín Loyola Sur, durante los años 2018 - 2020. Cabe aclarar que se sostuvo la investigación sobre un diseño flexible, lo que significa que el mismo varía a lo largo del proceso de investigación, a partir de los diferentes acontecimientos que surgen y a la complejidad del entramado social que analizan.
The following thesis aims to analyze and identify the gender perspective of the teachers that are part of the Loyola Sur Municipal Kindergarten, of the City of Santa Fe. Seeking to know how gender is worked and addressed from the perspective of the teachers of the educational establishment. The municipal kindergartensare constituted as part of the Municipal System of Initial Education in the city of Santa Fe, they allow the educational attention of children between 45 days and 4 years of age. These establishments aim to provide a quality initial education for early childhood for the whole city, guaranteeing the education rights and equal opportunities for all children. A qualitative methodology will be used for the research with the technique of semi-structured interviews specifically oriented to the teachers of the Loyola Sur Kindergarten, during the years 2018 - 2020. It should be clarified that the research is based in a flexible design, which means that it will be modified throughout the process, given on the different events that ocurr and the complexity of the social fabric that is analyzed.
