Hospital público y psicoanálisis: discursos que se interpelan

El presente trabajo pretende pesquisar y poner en tensión los discursos que articulan y sustentan al hospital en sus prácticas cotidianas frente al discurso del psicoanálisis. Se comienza articulando lo que Erving Goffman (1961) desarrolló como instituciones totales, para luego ir adentrándonos en el discurso de la salud mental y pública, es decir, “todos iguales”, cotejando con los supuestos del psicoanálisis. Se continúa el presente planteando la medicalización en relación a la ciencia y su diferencia con el medicar, los diagnósticos y los historiales clínicos como una “fantasía universitaria”. Lo descrito, es sostenido por los discursos que desarrolla Lacan y en tensión con lo que considera el psicoanálisis sobre estas aristas. Luego, se plantea la posibilidad de pensarlo en la institución, qué lugar ocupa y la posibilidad de la práctica psicoanalítica allí dentro, teniendo en cuenta el discurso analítico. El objetivo general es analizar cuál es el lugar -o posible lugar- del psicoanálisis en el hospital por medio de la interpelación de los discursos.
The present work tries to research and put in tension the discourses that articulate and support the hospital in its daily practices in front of the discourse of psychoanalysis. It begins by articulating what Erving Goffman (1961) developed as “total institutions”; then, go into the the Mental and Public Health speech, that is, "all the same" comparing it with the postulations of psychoanalysis. It continues with the medicalization related to science, and the difference with the act of medicate, the diagnostics and medical records as a “college fantasy”. Lacan's speechs support what has been described, making a discussion with the postulations of psychoanalysis about this matter. Then, it shows the opportunity to think psychoanalysis in the institution, it's position, and the possibility of psychoanalytic practice there, considering analytical speech. Concluding, starting from the theoretical framework, it is analyzed the services where the practice occurred, on a mostly institutional approach. The general objective is to analyze the place, or possible place of psychoanalysis in the hospital through the interpellation of speeches.
