Revisión del MSLQ : veinticinco años de evaluación motivacional

Resumen: El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo presentar una revisión sobre el desarrollo y las posteriores adaptaciones y aplicaciones del Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ). Así como los principales conocimientos a los que se ha arribado en el campo de estudio de la motivación y la autorregulación desde su creación. El desarrollo del MSLQ insumió 10 años de trabajo y se considera el principal legado de Paul Pintrich. El MSLQ fue construido desde un marco socio-cognitivo de la motivación y la autorregulación. La revisiónllevada adelante evidencia la vigencia e interés del MSLQ a 25 años de su aparición, así como la necesidad de ajustes tras los cambios ocurridos a nivel social y los avances estadísticos realizados.
Abstract: This study aims at presenting a revision of the development and subsequent adaptations and applications of the Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ). And the main areas of expertise that have been reached in the field of motivation and self-regulation since their beginnings. The development of the MSLQ took 10 years of work and it is considered Paul Pintrich's main legacy. The MSLQ was created from a motivational and self-regulational sociocognitive framework. The carried out revision evidences the validity and interest for the MSLQ 25 years after it first appeared as well as the need for its revision after the occurred social changes and the conducted statistical analysis.
