Resumen: Pedagogía inclusiva y efectiva para una cultura del encuentro es una propuesta formativa que se orienta a profundizar la formación integral de los estudiantes a través de la metodología de aprendizaje servicio. Participan de la experiencia dos docentes de Pedagogía y veintiocho estudiantes de los Profesorados universitarios en Educación Primaria y en Educación Inicial del Departamento. de Educación, Facultad de Ciencias Sociales, UCA. La propuesta se despliega en el Colegio María Auxiliadora del barrio de La Boca, CABA, con directivos, docentes y niños del nivel inicial y primario. El colegio pertenece a la Congregación de Hijas de María Auxiliadora, Comunidad Salesiana. El Proyecto nace por iniciativa de las docentes de Pedagogía con el objetivo de potenciar el desarrollo de aptitudes del modelo de Aprendizaje Inclusivo y Efectivo -AIE- y profundizar la formación humanista de los estudiantes en servicio a la comunidad. Esta experiencia formativa se analiza desde un enfoque de investigación-acción cualitativo a través de la documentación de doce clases, doce tickets de salida de clase, dos desempeños de síntesis y un desempeño final y una encuesta a veintiocho estudiantes. Pedagogía inclusiva y efectiva para una cultura del encuentro permite a los estudiantes conectar desde el inicio de su formación con el ámbito profesional, comprender la importancia del desarrollo de aptitudes docentes y crecer, aprender y compartir experiencias y saberes con otros: estudiantes, docentes, directivos y especialmente niños.
Abstract: Inclusive and effective pedagogy for a culture of encounter is a training proposal aimed at deepening the comprehensive training of students through the service learning methodology. Two teachers of Pedagogy and twenty-eight students of the University Professorships in Primary Education and Early Education of the Department of Education, Faculty of Social Sciences, UCA, are taking part in the experience. The proposal is deployed in the María Auxiliadora School in the neighborhood of La Boca, CABA, with directors, teachers and children from the preschool and primary levels. The school belongs to the Congregation of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians, Salesian Community. The project was born as an initiative of the teachers of Pedagogy with the aim of promoting the development of skills of the model of Inclusive and Effective Learning -AIE- and deepening the humanistic training of students in service to the community. This formative experience is analyzed from a qualitative action-research approach through the documentation of twelve classes, twelve exit tickets, two synthesis performances and a final performance, and a survey of twenty-eight students. Inclusive and effective pedagogy for a culture of encounter allows students to connect from the beginning of their training with the professional environment, to understand the importance of developing teaching skills and to grow, learn and share experiences and knowledge with others: students, teachers, managers and especially children.
