Especificidad de las intervenciones en la clínica con niños

El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo realizar una investigación bibliografica alrededor de la temática la especificidad de las intervenciones en la clínica con niños. Teniendo en cuenta el tema a abordar, propondremos dos ejes orientadores. En primer lugar, se tratará de definir el objeto de estudio de la clínica de niños, para lo cual se tendrán en cuenta los aportes de autores tales como Sigmund Freud, Melanie Klein y Silvia Bleichmar. En segundo lugar, considerando la importancia de correlacionar el método a partir de la definición del objeto, se procedera a dar cuenta de aquellos elementos que hacen a la especificidad de las intervenciones en la clínica con niños. En este punto, siguiendo a Silvia Bleichmar (1993), se tomará distancia de aquellas posturas en psicoanálisis que parten de establecer el método para posteriormente definir el objeto de estudio del cual se ocupan. En otras palabras, buscaremos cierta correspondencia entre lo que Jean Laplanche (1987) llama lo descriptivo -el conocimiento del objeto, las leyes de su funcionamiento, es decir, el modelo de aparato psíquico que se sostiene- y lo prescriptivo que alude a aquellas indicaciones y acciones que se realizan sin perder de vista el modelo de aparato psiquico que se sostiene.
The present work aims to carry out a bibliographical research around the theme "the specificity of the interventions in the clinic with children". Taking into account the topic to be addressed, two guidelines will be proposed. In the first place, we will try to define the object of study of the children's clinic, for which the contributions of authors such as Sigmund Freud, Melanie Klein and Silvia Bleichmar will be taken into account. Second, considering the importance of correlating the method from the definition of the object, we proceed to account for those elements that make the specificity of interventions in the clinic with children. In this point, following Silvia Bleichmar (1993), will take distance from those positions in psychoanalysis that start to establish the method to later define the object of study that they are occupied. In other words, a correspondence will be sought between what Jean Laplanche (1987) calls "the descriptive" -the knowledge of the object, the laws of its functioning, that is the model of the psychic apparatus that holds- and the "prescriptive" that refers to those indications and actions that are carried out without losing sight of the model of psychic apparatus that is sustained.
