El artículo presenta las semejanzas y diferencias entre las tesis transhumanistas y los postulados poshumanistas, penetrando en su percepción del sujeto poshumano y exponiendo las raíces anti-metafísicas de su materialismo evolucionista. Describe también cómo han pensado una sociedad poshumana y su derecho.
The article presents the similarities and differences between transhumanist theses and the posthumanist postulates, penetrating in its perception of the posthuman subject and exposing the anti-metaphysics roots of its evolutionary materialism. It also describes how have thought a posthuman society and their law.
