Consenso y conflicto a la luz de las tres fases del conflicto distributivo en la Argentina Kirchnerista (2002-2011)

El presente trabajo pretende aportar al estudio del proceso de crecimiento de la economía argentina tras la caída de la Convertibilidad (2002-2011) entendiendo que para ello resulta fundamental analizar el momento político de la acumulación de capital. Por este motivo nos centraremos en el estudio del modo en que el Estado reconstruyó el orden tras la caída de la Convertibilidad (2002-2011), analizando específicamente su intervención económica. A través del conflicto distributivo buscaremos abordar la ?dimensión política de la política económica? (Piva, 2015) que permitió en un primer momento (2002/3) reconstruir el consenso, que desde 2005 comenzó a erosionarse y finalmente mutó en conflicto abierto en 2008 durante el denominado Conflicto del Campo. A la luz del conflicto distributivo nos proponemos abordar el modo en que las fuerzas sociales se enfrentaron o tejieron alianzas por lo que primará a lo largo del artículo un nivel de análisis fraccionalista.
The present work intends to contribute to the study of the growth process of the Argentine economy after the fall of the Convertibility (2002-2011) understanding that for this it is fundamental to analyze the political moment of the accumulation of capital. For this reason, we will focus on the study of how the State reconstructed order after the fall of Convertibility (2002-2011), specifically analyzing its economic intervention. Through the distributive conflict we will seek to address the “political dimension of economic policy” (Piva, 2015) that initially allowed (2002/3) to reconstruct the consensus, which since 2005 began to erode and finally mutated into an open conflict in 2008 during the so-called Conflict of the Countryside. Through the distributive conflict we propose to address the way in which social forces clashed or weaved alliances so that a level of fractionalist analysis will prevail throughout the article.
