Resumen. La administración local actual requiere contar con un  Digesto Digital. En este trabajo describimos el Proyecto de la Municipalidad de la ciudad de Santa Fe, Argentina, y su estado de desarrollo. Establecido por Ordenanza Nº 12897 de 2021 del Concejo Municipal y ejecutado por la Secretaría de Gobierno mediante la Dirección Ejecutiva de Innovación Institucional. Explicamos porqué tomamos la decisión de hacer un nuevo software para el digesto jurídico municipal. Las herramientas que utilizamos, respetando la ordenanza de software libre. Además de la carga de la información, el chequeo de su vigencia y la consolidación normativa, estamos aprovechando el trabajo de análisis normativo para tender a un Gobierno Inteligente, acumulando conocimientos sobre las normas para futuros proyectos de optimización administrativa y mayor eficiencia.
Summary. The current local administration requires having a Digital Digest. In this work we describe the Project of the Municipality of the city of Santa Fe, Argentina, and its state of development. Established by Ordinance No. 12897 of 2021 of the Municipal Council and executed by the Secretary of Government through the Executive Directorate of Institutional Innovation. We explain why we made the decision to make a new software for the municipal legal digest. The tools we use, respecting the free software ordinance. In addition to loading the information, checking its validity and regulatory consolidation, we are taking advantage of the regulatory analysis work to tend towards a Smart Government, accumulating knowledge on the regulations for future projects of administrative optimization and greater efficiency.
