Lecturas sobre tecnología y objetos tecnológicos

El trabajo recorre diferentes posiciones sobre la tecnología trazando un panorama que va desde el determinismo tecnológico hasta el constructivismo, sin dejar de tomar en cuenta otras miradas que hacen hincapié en el progreso, la innovación o el uso. Se pregunta acerca del vínculo entre tecnología y diseño para abordar el análisis del objeto tecnológico. Asimismo, se ocupa de los artefactos que hacen a la tecnología y propone un análisis integrador sobre las múltiples facetas que dan sentido a un objeto para reflexionar sobre cómo estudiarlo. Así, se distinguen algunos modos de lectura para objetos industriales, de comunicación y audiovisuales.
This work deals with different positions of technology going from the technological determinism to the constructivism, paying attention to all perspectives which focus on progress, innovation or use. It enquires about the relation between technology and design in order to address the analysis of the technological object. It also deals with the devices that constitute the technology and suggests and integrating analysis if the multiple sides that make an object meaningful to reflect on how to study it. Thus, different reading methods are distinguished for industrial, communication and audiovisual objects.
