¿Qué es para I. Kant ser prudente?

Este es un trabajo hecho en mi tercer año de filosofía en la asignatura que estudia los pensadores del siglo XVI al XIX aproximadamente. Abordaremos el concepto de prudencia entendido por Kant apoyándonos solamente en unas de sus obras más famosas: “la Crítica a la Razón Práctica”. La concepción que deduciremos de esta obra la contrapondremos a la concepción de Aristóteles y de Santo Tomás. Asimismo traemos a colación la definición de la R.A.E. sobre prudencia para tener una idea de cómo se entiende contemporáneamente este término. Es interesante el notar como, actualmente, prudencia parece entenderse más en el sentido que le da Kant al que le dan Aristóteles y el Aquinate. Como una idea de un hombre que actúa en el silencio y saca provecho a costa de los demás sin que nadie pueda descubrirlo y juzgarlo, pero con este artículo, trataremos de purificar ese término para que de nuevo, el término «prudencia», vuelva a entenderse principalmente como virtud. Al final daré una opinión totalmente mía, de cómo Kant entendió este término, intentando fundamentarme en aquellos dos filósofos realistas.
This is a work done in my third year of Philosophy studies in the subject that studies thinkers from the 16th to the 19th century approximately. We will address the concept of prudence understood by Kant based on only one of his most famous works: Critique of Practical Reason. The conception that we will deduce from this work will be contrasted with the conception of Aristotle and Saint Thomas. We also bring up the definition of the R.A.E. on prudence to get an idea of how this term is understood at the same time. It is interesting to note how, at present, prudence seems to be understood more in the sense that Kant gives to it, rather than that given by Aristotle and Aquinas. That is, as an idea of a man who acts in silence and takes advantage at the expense of others without anyone being able to discover and judge him, but with this article, we will try to purify that term so that again, the term "prudence" returns to be mainly understood as virtue. In the end, I will give an opinion of my own, of how Kant understood this term, trying to be based on those two realistic philosophers.
