El rol del psicólogo en el parto humanizado

El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo una aproximación al rol del psicólogo en el parto humanizado desde un enfoque Social-Comunitario, considerando al sujeto desde una perspectiva integral. Para ello se hace una lectura sobre los derechos que la Ley 25.959 establece, así como también de su aplicación en el ámbito privado, público y del tercer sector dentro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. En este sentido, se propone identificar la presencia-ausencia de psicólogos en los mismos. Se reconoce al sujeto como autónomo, capaz de razonar de forma objetiva e independiente y tomar decisiones relativas a su salud. Considerando que el respeto por la autonomía comienza, fundamentalmente, a través del ejercicio del consentimiento libre e informado sobre sus derechos. De este modo, se toman aportes provenientes del campo de la Psicología Perinatal, disciplina que acompaña el camino que transita la mujer hacia la maternidad, teniendo en cuenta los aspectos emocionales, físicos y sociales que se encuentran presentes durante ese periodo y el atravesamiento por los cambios que conlleva el nuevo rol, ser madre. Se establece la actual brecha existente entre la Ley y su implementación, y por último las conclusiones a las que se han arribado.
The objective of this work is an approach to the role of the psychologist in humanized childbirth from a Social-Community approach, considering the subject from an integral perspective. For this, a reading is made of the rights that Law 25,959 establishes, as well as its application in the private, public and third sector within the Province of Buenos Aires. In this sense, it is proposed to identify the presence-absence of psychologists in them. The subject is recognized as autonomous, capable of reasoning objectively and independently and making decisions regarding his health. Considering that respect for autonomy begins, fundamentally, through the exercise of free and informed consent on their rights. In this way, contributions are taken from the field of Perinatal Psychology, a discipline that accompanies the path that women travel towards motherhood, taking into account the emotional, physical and social aspects that are present during that period and the passage through the changes that the new role entails, being a mother. The current gap between the Law and its implementation is established, and finally the conclusions reached.
