Ingreso de estudiantes con discapacidad en el nivel superior universitario

Este estudio propone investigar la temática del ingreso de estudiantes con discapacidad en el nivel superior universitario desde el paradigma de la educación inclusiva y el reconocimiento de derechos establecidos en múltiples normativas nacionales e internacionales. Para ello se realiza un acercamiento analítico a los sistemas educativos de Argentina y de Brasil, con el objetivo de establecer aproximaciones generales respecto al contexto de creación y reformulación de políticas referidas a la cuestión. Enseguida, se hace foco en las acciones institucionales de la Universidad de La Plata y de la Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco para, de modo comparado, entender en qué medida promueven la inclusión efectiva de las personas con discapacidad en el ingreso a la Educación Superior universitaria y cómo cumplen con el imperativo de las leyes nacionales de cada país.
The aim of this study is to investigate the issue of the admission of students with disabilities to higher university education from the paradigm of inclusive education, and the recognition of rights established in multiple national and international regulations. To do so, the education systems of Argentina and Brazil are analyzed with the aim of making a broad comparison regarding the context of creation and reformulation of policies related to this matter. Next, the focus is placed on the institutional actions of the Universidad Nacional de La Plata and the Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco to understand, in a comparative way, to what extent they promote the effective inclusions of people with disabilities in entering higher university education and how they comply with the imperative of the national laws of each country.
