Resumen: En este trabajo, presentamos una serie de reflexiones en torno a la utopía sobre la base de la lectura de El aire (1992), del escritor argentino Sergio Chejfec, una obra precursora en lo que respecta a la vinculación de una crisis personal con una crisis social. Procuraremos demostrar la operatividad de aquel concepto a la luz de la realidad actual e intentaremos pensar cuál es su alcance, sus limitaciones y su vínculo con la distopía, principalmente, de acuerdo con la teoría de Frederic Jameson.
Abstract: In this paper we present a series of reflections on utopía based on the Reading of El aire (1992), by the Argentine writer Sergio Chejfec, a precursor work regarding the linking of a personal crisis with a social crisis. We will try to demonstrate the operability of that concept in light of current reality, and we will try to think about its scope, its limitations and its link with dystopia, mainly according to the theory of Frederic Jameson.
