La posición subjetiva frente al tratamiento terapéutico en el dispositivo Centro de Día en jóvenes pacientes de la Asociación Civil Betania de Salta Capital

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo conocer cuál es la posición subjetiva frente al tratamiento terapéutico recibido en el dispositivo Centro de Día en los jóvenes entre 20 y 30 años, que asisten como pacientes a la Asociación Civil Betania de Salta Capital durante el año 2.018. Desde el encuadre psicoanalítico y desde un enfoque cualitativo, se buscó identificar los enunciados acerca de los elementos que componen el dispositivo terapéutico dentro del cual reciben tratamiento los jóvenes; e inferir la relación entre los enunciados que presenta el sujeto y su ubicación frente a los objetivos que plantea el tratamiento terapéutico recibido en la institución. Se trabajó con seis casos mediante la observación directa participativa y la aplicación de una serie de entrevistas con modalidad libre, en coherencia con el marco teórico escogido. Se pudo concluir que la posición que asumen los jóvenes frente al tratamiento y sus componentes, está todavía marcada por un sufrimiento que aún no toma la forma de implicación subjetiva, tal vez ligado al momento en el que se hicieron asequibles las entrevistas, que corresponde a un instante de ver. De esta manera, no fue posible afirmar un cambio de posición subjetiva, sin embargo puede indicarse que están presentes los elementos para que ese cambio se empiece a efectuar. Será recomendable entonces, desde el lugar del psicoanálisis, la apertura de un espacio individual que permita a los jóvenes constituir una demanda. The objective of this research was to know the subjective position in relation to the therapeutic treatment received in the Day Center device among young people between 20 and 30 years old, who attend as patients at Betania Civil Association of Salta Capital during 2018. From the psychoanalytic frame and from a qualitative approach, it was looked for identify the statements about the elements that make up the therapeutic device within which young people receive treatment; and infer the relationship between the statements presented by the subject and their location against the objectives of the therapeutic treatment received at the institution. It was worked with six cases through direct participative observation and the application of a series of interviews with free modality, in coherence with the theoretical framework chosen. It was concluded, that the position assumed by young people in front of treatment and it’s components it’s still marked by a suffering that does not yet take the form of subjective involvement, perhaps linked to the moment in which the interviews became available, which corresponds to a instant of seeing. In this way, it was not possible to affirm a change of subjective position, however it can be indicated that the elements are present for this change to begin. It will be advisable then, from the place of psychoanalysis, the opening of a individual space that allows young people to constitute a demand.
