El presente trabajo aborda la relación entre el derecho humano a la información y al medio ambiente sano, lo cual problematiza algunos aspectos del ejercicio del primero, de cara a las vicisitudes que en nuestro país se observan en torno al acceso a la justicia. Todo ello signado por un contexto mundial donde el acceso a información, como derecho, se ve entrecruzado por diversas cuestiones que dan cuenta de dimensiones políticas, económicas y tecnológicas que han de ponderarse. Para ello, se efectúa un repaso conceptual de esos tópicos y de las normas vigentes en la materia, y, desde una lectura crítica, intentaremos dejar planteadas las dificultades que se observan con relación al ejercicio de esos derechos.
The present work addresses the relationship between the human right to information and to the healthy environment, problematizing some aspects of the exercise, in the face of the vicissitudes observed in our country regarding access to justice. All this is marked by a global context where access to information, as a right, is intersected by various issues that account for political, economic and technological dimensions. To do this, a conceptual review of these topics and the regulations is done, from a critical reading, to try to pose the difficulties that are observed in relation to the exercise of those rights.
