Neoestructuralismo: igualdad, cambio estructural y desarrollo en el capitalismo periférico

ResumenEn el presente escrito abordarán los principales temas enfocados por el neoestructuralismo enrelación al objetivo del desarrollo de regiones periféricas. Se prestará atención a su génesis, la cualpuede identificarse como una síntesis construida a partir del choque que sufrió el estructuralismo conla irrupción de la globalización y el retorno de la dominancia del paradigma liberal. A posteriori de la fugaz hegemonía del Estructuralismo en los ´60, devino el embate neoliberal que condujo al cuestionamiento de sus bases y la renovación de su cuerpo de conocimiento. La apertura al diálogo con teorías heterodoxas, entre las cuales vale mencionar: el evolucionismo, el marxismo y otras corrientes radicales, pero en especial el institucionalismo, el keynesianismo de la información imperfecta, marcaron esta renovada propuesta, respetando su credo de origen.
In the present writing, the main issues addressed by neo-structuralism will be addressed in relation to the objective of the development of peripheral regions. Attention will be paid to its genesis, which can be identified as a synthesis constructed from the shock suffered by structuralism with the emergence of globalization and the return of the dominance of the liberal paradigm. A posteriori of the fleeting hegemony of Structuralism in the 1960s, it became the neoliberal onslaught that led to the questioning of its bases and the renewal of its body of knowledge. The opening to dialogue with heterodox theories, among which it is worth mentioning: evolutionism, Marxism and other radical currents, but especially institutionalism, the Keynesianism of "imperfect information, marked this renewed proposal, respecting its" creed "of origin.
