Este artículo tiene por objeto analizar en profundidad la gestación por sustitución, los argumentos que se esgrimen a favor y en contra de esta compleja figura, su situación legal a nivel mundial y sus consecuencias y realidad, a los efectos de demostrar la necesidad de su contemplación legal a nivel nacional e internacional.
This article aims to analyze the surrogate motherhood in depth, the arguments put forward in favor and against this complex figure, its legal situation worldwide and its consequences and reality, in order to demonstrate the need for legal contemplation at national and international level.
