El Plan de Salud, “caballo de Troya de la subversión” en Río Negro: La persecución en el hospital de El Bolsón. 1973-1975

La aplicación de la Doctrina de Seguridad Nacional en Argentina supuso la persecución estatal y paraestatal de las disidencias, no sólo bajo los gobiernos dictatoriales sino también durante el breve período constitucional entre 1973 y 1976. Más allá de los grandes centros urbanos, la represión alcanzó lugares alejados y relativamente ajenos a la conflictividad política, como fue el caso de El Bolsón (Río Negro), donde el principal blanco fue el personal de salud pública. Desde un abordaje microhistórico, este artículo busca aportar claves que permitan complejizar la definición de ese “enemigo interno” a combatir.
The National Security Doctrine in Argentina involved statal and parastatal persecution of every dissidence, not only under dictatorial governments but also during the brief constitutional period between 1973 and 1976. Far from limiting from the big urban centres, the repression achieved far and relatively oblivious to the political unrest places, such as the case of El Bolsón (Río Negro), where the main target was the public health staff. From a micro-historical approach, this article pretends to contribute key concepts to complex the definition of the persecuted “internal enemy”.
