La formación de investigadores en el campo de la política educativa: una mirada regional

Este trabajo aporta algunas reflexiones sobre la problemática de la formación de investigadores en el campo de la política educativa en América Latina. Está organizado en tres partes: la primera comienza con algunas consideraciones sobre la política educativa como campo teórico; la segunda discute la situación actual de la investigación sobre política educativa en la región, enmarcándola en las condiciones generales de trabajo académico y de la producción de conocimiento sobre educación en particular; finalmente, la tercera presenta algunos apuntes en torno a la conveniencia de avanzar hacia un posible modelo de formación.
This article provides some reflections on the problem of training researchers in the field of education policy. We organize our arguments into three parts. We begin by sharing some considerations on education policy as a theoretical field. The second section discusses the current situation of research on education policy in Latin America, framed within the context of academic working conditions and, in particular, of knowledge production surrounding education. The third section discusses the need to move towards a possible model for training researchers in education policy.
