Las páginas que siguen abordan el tema de la identidad nacional, su construcción y las implicancias que la misma tiene respecto al reconocimiento de derechos de los “otros” migrantes internacionales. Con ese fin, se analizan las representaciones sociales de los miembros del sistema judicial del AMBA sobre el tema mencionado. La ponencia se estructura del siguiente modo. En primer lugar, se presentan algunas ideas teóricas sobre la idea de Nación, luego se analizan los testimonios de los entrevistados sobre las representaciones sociales acerca de la identidad nacional. En el tercer apartado, se indaga acerca de las representaciones sociales del sistema judicial sobre la pertenencia nacional y los derechos de los migrantes. Finalmente, se presentan una serie de reflexiones finales.
The following pages are about the issue of national identity, its construction and the implications it has regarding the recognition of rights of the "other" international migrants. To that end, the social representations of the members of the judiciary of the AMBA on the above subject are analyzed. The paper is structured in four parts. First, some theoretical ideas about the idea of nation are presented, then the testimonies of the respondents on the social representations of national identity are discussed. In the third section, are analyzed the social representations of the judiciary about national identity and the rights of migrants. Finally, are presented some concluding remarks.
