Este trabajo se propone abordar las prácticas de los y las fans de la saga Harry Potter en Argentina, describiéndolas y analizándolas de acuerdo con una serie de espacios en los que se desarrollan. Para llevar a cabo los objetivos, se recurrió a una metodología antropológica centrada en el trabajo de campo etnográfico en ámbitos físicos y digitales, complementada por análisis de fuentes. Sostengo que, a través de su hacer, los fans construyen el "mundo" de Harry Potter y al mismo tiempo lo sacralizan, constituyendo a su vez identificaciones compartidas.
This work addresses the practices of the fans of the Harry Potter saga in Argentina, describing and analyzing them according to a series of places in which they take place. To carry out that aim, an anthropological methodology focused on ethnographic fieldwork in both physical and digital spaces was used. This was supplemented by source analysis. I maintain that, through their practices, fans build the "world" of Harry Potter and, at the same time, they make it sacred, constituting shared identifications.
