The authors make a brief description of the procedures to obtain the serum, routes of introduction and the effects of the serum, as well as the results and accidents. They report the procedure which they follow in the teaching services of infectious diseases at the inspiration of professor Destéfano and they make analysis of the 57 cases treated by them with the method above mentioned.
