Tecnologias vestíveis e suas possibilidades nos ambientes educacionais formais e não formais

Este estudo tem por objetivo evidenciar as potencialidades e fragilidades da utilização de tecnologias vestíveis ao serem empregadas em ambientes formais e não formais de ensino no Brasil. Como procedimentos metodológicos adotamos uma revisão sistemática seguindo os parâmetros PRISMA (Principais Itens para Relatar Revisões Sistemáticas e Meta-Análises). A análise dos dados caracteriza-se de natureza qualitativa. Como potencialidades, nossos resultados apontam que existe uma liberdade maior em relação ao uso desses dispositivos, já que a maioria deles não necessita estar ligada a cabos; motivação no seu uso como aparato para melhorar a aprendizagem e possibilidade de inclusão de pessoas com necessidades especiais. Com relação às fragilidades, nossos resultados apontam que os componentes da tecnologia vestíveis são frágeis, sensíveis, necessitando de um cuidado maior e possuem alto custo do material, dificultando o acesso. Nossos resultados obtidos revelam ainda que as potencialidades tangenciam a possibilidade de trabalhar as tecnologias vestíveis de forma inclusiva, possibilitando liberdade e autonomia aos alunos na utilização do material e possibilidades de colaborar na motivação dos alunos em sala de aula, visto que é uma tecnologia condizente com o perfil dos nativos digitais.
This study aims to highlight the potentialities and fragilities of the use of wearable technologies when employed in formal and non-formal education environments in Brazil. As methodological procedures we adopt a systematic review following the PRISMA parameters (Main Items to Report Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis). The analysis of the data is of a qualitative nature. As potentialities, our results indicate that there is a greater freedom in relation to the use of these devices, since most of them do not need to be connected to cables; motivation in their use as a device to improve learning and the possibility of inclusion of people with special needs. Regarding the fragilities, our results indicate that the components of wearable technology are fragile, sensitive, needing greater care and have high cost of the material, making access difficult. Our results also reveal that the potentialities tangentiate the possibility of working with wearable technologies in an inclusive way, allowing freedom and autonomy to the students in the use of the material and possibilities to collaborate in the motivation of the students in the classroom, since it is a technology compatible with the profile of the digital natives.
