En este trabajo me centro en la teoría de la soberanía popular y del eforato expuestas por Fichte en su Fundamento del derecho natural de 1796/1797. En primer lugar, expongo la fundamentación del principio del derecho y del Estado, para comprender la necesidad del control popular sobre el gobierno. Finalmente reconstruyo y evalúo la crítica de Hegel a la teoría de Fichte en su escrito sobre el derecho natural de 1802.
In this paper I focuse on the theory of the popular sovereignity and the ephorate expounded by Fichte in his Foundations of Natural Right of 1796/1797. In the first place, I expound the foundation of the principle of right and of the state, in order to understand the necessity of the popular control of the government. Finally I reconstruct and evaluate Hegel´s critic of Fichte´s theory in his writing of 1802 about the natural right.
