Acción biológica de los productos obtenidos por la disociación proteica

- Siendo la molécula proteica un conjunto de cuerpos unidos entre sí que forman su extructura y le confieren sus complejas propiedades químico-fisico-biológicas, es menester procurar su disociación para el estudio de cada uno de dichos cuerpos y a su vez sus propiedades individuales y de asociación parcial y total. El problema de la disociación se ha encarado fragmentando la substancia proteica por la hidrólisis.
1) Normal proteic substance dissociation and that of young animals forms amino-acids in determined proportions which inoculated to a sick person produce true genetic-regenerator-cellular stimulations. 2) Amino-acids chemical properties obtained from different healthy or sick tissues are the same, but biological properties are completely opposite. 3) Amino-acids obtained by proteic dissociation maintain or modify their biological properties according to water solutions equilibrated or not and to the different electolytes. 4) Certain electrolytes association to amino-acids solution changes its biological roll. 5) Structural Blockade conceit as desequilibrium state of physiologic function let use proteic dissociation products as biological mean to undo “Blockades” (unblockades). 6) Colloid chemistry brings fundamental knowledges to interpret biologic phenmenons that we have described under the name of sharp or chronic structural Blockade. 7) Illness states are index of cellule-humoral process, transitory or constant always that biochemical substances don’t act over them and modify their histo-chemical structure. 8) The stability of a process of cellules functional colloid alteration depends of ambient factors that surround them and upon which we can act medicamentally with amino-acids in equilibrated solutions by certain electrolytes. 9) Electrolytes physiological action in humoral Ph maintenance it is re-enforced and stabilisized by proteic dissociation products. 10) Proteic dissociation products keep in their ensemble its conditions of tisural regeneration or destruction according to the primitive protein, nutritive or pathogenic.
