Este es un libro que nace a través de la certeza sobre las crisis económicas ocurridas en nuestro país: podemos pensarlas, por un lado, comprendiéndolas para evitarlas, y por el otro, estamos en un círculo sin acabar y repetir. Estudia entre 1820 al 2020 Argentina que sufrió 16 crisis económicas. Es estremecedor cómo Argentina puede seguir en un círculo sin salida de crisis tras crisis y no poder encontrar una solución en el país. Propone estudiar y vislumbrar estas crisis investigando elementos que permitan evitarlas en el futuro. Repasa y analiza los componentes que tienen en común cada crisis, los desiguales, las ventajas y desventajas y traza tipologías donde se debaten diversos modelos explicativos, pero no aplicables en un momento de la crisis o una que pueda ocurrir para poder evitarla. Allí señala los puntos de vulnerabilidad que condujeron a los distintos daños, conflictos y problemáticas financieras y económicas del país en nuestra historia reciente. Zícari (2000) complementa sus estudios con investigaciones interdisciplinarias que tiene en cuenta a actores científicos/as que hibridan el tema para congeniar este recorrido valioso. Sigue siendo un procedimiento y un proceso integral, sistemático y exhaustivo para seguir (re)construyendo el sistema económico y social argentino.
This is a book that is born through the certainty about the economic crises that occurred in our country: we can think about them, on the one hand, understanding them to avoid them, and on the other, we are in an unfinished circle and repeat. He studied between 1820 and 2020 Argentina that suffered 16 economic crises. It is shocking how Argentina can continue in a circle with no way out of crisis after crisis and cannot find a solution in the country. It proposes to study and glimpse these crises by researching elements that can prevent them in the future. It reviews and analyzes the components that each crisis has in common, the unequal ones, the advantages and disadvantages and draws typologies where different explanatory models are discussed, but not applicable at a time of the crisis or one that may occur to avoid it. It points out the vulnerabilities that led to the country's various financial and economic damages, conflicts and problems in our recent history. Zícari (2000) complements his studies with interdisciplinary research that takes into account scientific/scientific actors who hybridize the topic to congenialize this valuable journey. It remains an integral, systematic and exhaustive procedure and process to continue (re)building the Argentine economic and social system.
