Se presenta el caso de una paciente en crecimiento con diagnóstico de Clase III esqueletal, Clase III molar izquierda y Clase II derecha, con desviación mandibular, perfil cóncavo, labio superior corto y falta de espacio en el maxilar superior. El tratamiento tuvo como objetivos corregir la maloclusión, estimular el crecimiento anterior del maxilar, mejorar la relación anteroposterior, restablecer la simetría mandibular y armonía facial, y abordar alteraciones posturales y funcionales.
This case presents a growing patient diagnosed with skeletal Class III, left molar Class III, and right molar Class II, with mandibular deviation, concave profile, short upper lip, and lack of space in the maxilla. The treatment aimed to correct the malocclusion, stimulate forward growth of the maxilla, improve the anteroposterior relationship, restore mandibular symmetry and facial harmony, and address associated postural and functional alterations.
