Descripción
This document is intended to define a step-by-step guide for successful programming of the ESP8266-01 and ESP9266-07 modules with the Arduino UNO development board and the Arduino IDE. There are many Internet sites/blogs/etc. documenting similar tasks, and this report is trying to simplify many (if not all) electrical and interface requirements, while maintaining most of the flexibility of interfacing the ESP8266 for a wide number of possible applications. The main underlying idea is devoting the modules ESP8266-01 and ESP8266-07 for Wi-Fi networking along with simple HTTP server, and an Arduino board for taking advantage of its large number of applications and already proven flexibility. Besides, some problems of interfacing Arduino UNO serial communication with the ESP8266-[01/07] are included as well as ESP8266-[01/07] power issues.
