Un grito silencioso : Jóvenes consumidores de paco y el reclamo de memoria, verdad, justicia e igualdad

El neoliberalismo gestado durante la última Dictadura cívico militar no solo significó la liberalización del mercado sino una configuración sociocultural que incidió en el sentido que se le otorga al mundo y en los modos en los que la historia colectiva es posible de ser narrada. A partir de los jóvenes que tras poco más de una década de recomposición del Estado aún quedan en los márgenes, y, específicamente, de los jóvenes consumidores de pasta base de cocaína (paco), la autora propone ver cuerpos que portan las heridas aún abiertas por las políticas del terror y por la miseria planificada, pero cuya potencia reside en ser la denuncia viva del genocidio neoliberal y del daño heredado de nuestro pasado reciente.
The neoliberalism prepared during the last civic and military Dictatorship not only meant the liberalization of the market but a sociocultural configuration that affected the sense that grants to the world and in the manners in which the collective history is possible of being narrated. From the young persons who after more than one decade of recomposition of the State still stay in the margins, and, specifically, of the young persons consuming base of cocaine (paco), the authoress proposes to see bodies that there carry the wounds still opened by the policies of the terror and the planned misery, but which power resides in being the alive denunciation of the neoliberal genocide and of the hurt inherited from our recent past.
