Aplicações e Estratégias de T-Governo no Poder Judiciário

O presente trabalho investiga a ocorrência de aplicações, serviços ou conteúdos de TV Digital no domínio do Poder Judiciário, por meio de uma busca sistemática nas bases de dados Scopus, SciELO, Emerald e Science Direct, no período de 2000 a 2012. Os resultados demonstram, claramente, que o tema da pesquisa ainda é pouco explorado nesse domínio e, diante da constatação da insipiência e da carência de pesquisas nessa área, constata-se a oportunidade de novos trabalhos que visem explorar os recursos do ambiente de TV Digital na construção de aplicações de T-Governo para o Poder Judiciário.
This study investigates the occurrence of applications, services or content Digital TV in the field of the judiciary, through a systematic search in the Scopus, SciELO, Emerald and Science Direct databases, from 2000 to 2012. The results clearly demonstrate that the subject of this research is still little explored in this field and the evidence of the immaturity and lack of research in this area, there is the opportunity for further work aimed at exploring the features of the Digital TV environment for the construction of T-Government applications to the Judiciary.
