La ley ovina N° 25422 y su adhesión en la Provincia de Santa Fe a través de la ley N° 12483: antecedentes y perspectivas

Esta ponencia titulada “La Ley Ovina N° 25422 y su adhesión en la Provincia de Santa Fe a través de la Ley N° 12483/08- Antecedentes y Perspectivas”, pretende ilustrar al lector sobre los orígenes de nuestras majadas ovinas, su trayectoria en nuestro País hasta llegar a la sanción de la Ley N° 25422 y su modificatoria Ley N° 27646 legislación muy importante en la materia ya que por primera vez se dio en un cuerpo legal una estructura tendiente a promover el desarrollo de los ovinos en nuestro territorio. La referida Ley es una Ley de adhesión por parte de las Provincias por lo que en la presente ponencia se menciona especialmente la Adhesión de la Provincia de Santa Fe, su “Plan Ovino Provincial” y las perspectivas a partir del mismo.
This presentation, titled “The sheep Law N° 25422 and its adoption in the Province of Santa Fe through Law N° 12483/08- Background and Perspectives”, aims to enlighten the reader about the origins of our sheep herds, their journey in our country until the enactment of Law 25422 and its amending Law 27646. This legislation es highly significant in the field as it represents the first the first legal framework aimed at promoting the development of our sheeping our territory. The mentioned law is an adherence law by the provinces, and therefore, this presentation specifically addresses the adherence of the province of Santa Fe, its “Provincial sheep plan “ and the perspectives arinsing from it.
