Mejoramiento de las condiciones de habitabilidad higrotérmica en aulas y laboratorios de la FEG-UNESP

Se muestran resultados del comportamiento térmico en condiciones reales de uso, la importancia del ahorro energético en el sector construcción y su posible factibilidad de aplicación de mejoras en edificios públicos ya construidos. Para el desarrollo de este trabajo se tomo como ejemplo uno de los bloques de la Facultad de Ingeniería de la ciudad de Guaratinguetá, del Estado de San Pablo, Brasil. Se realizaron mediciones de habitabilidad higrotérmica, se analizó y calculó el uso de energía para aire acondicionado. Dichos estudios reflejaron que el edificio tenía un gran consumo de energía eléctrica, mayormente destinada al acondicionamiento de los ambientes. Se planteó como hipótesis el alcance que puede tener dar soluciones al diseño actual del edificio para optimizar el sistema de refrigeración del edificio y mejorar la situación de disconfort.
Results of the thermal behaviour are shown under real conditions of use, the importance of the energy saving in the sector construction and their possible feasibility of application of improvements in public buildings already built. For the development of this work I take as example one of the blocks of the High School of Engineering of the city of Guaratinguetá, of the State of San Pablo, Brazil. They were carried out mensurations of habitability hygrothermal, it was analyzed and it calculated the energy use for conditioning air. This study reflected that the building had great electric power consumption, mostly dedicated to the conditioning of the atmospheres. He thought about as hypothesis the reach that can have to give solutions to the current design of the building to optimize the system of refrigeration of the building and to improve the discomfort situation.
