Resumen: Las Redes de Aprendizaje y Servicio (RAyS) se basan en ecosistemas de vínculos fraternos que permiten ampliar la mirada hacia un horizonte vinculado al hacer y hacer crecer con otros. Buscan instalar el aprendizaje-servicio en sus países, ampliar la masa crítica interesada en la temática, incrementar la formación de educadores, así como incidir en la política pública. Este artículo describe cómo liderar y gestionar RAyS y qué percepciones tienen actores relevantes a nivel global acerca del estado de situación y los desafíos del trabajo en red. Ello se basa en dos Mapeos Globales sobre AyS como fuente de información, los cuales se relevaron mediante cuestionarios y entrevistas a más de 1300 actores a nivel local, regional y mundial. Las RAyS sostienen una trama compleja de actores que traccionan colaborativamente y en la diversidad. Son estrategias de acción y también una forma de ser, hacer y estar en el mundo. Son comunidades que aprenden de modo colaborativo y un modo de generar entramados de capital social que ofrecen contención, apoyo y potencial de crecimiento.
Resum: Les Xarxes d'Aprenentatge i Servei (RAyS) es basen en ecosistemes d'enllaços fraterns que permeten ampliar la mirada cap a un horitzó vinculat a fer i fer créixer amb altres. Busquen situar l'aprenentatge servei als seus països, ampliar la massa crítica interessada en la temàtica, incrementar la formació d'educadors i incidir en la política pública. Aquest article descriu com liderar i gestionar RAyS i quines percepcions tenen actors rellevants globalment sobre l'estat de situació i els desafiaments del treball en xarxa. Això es basa en dos Mapetjos Globals sobre AyS com a font d'informació, rellevats mitjançant qüestionaris i entrevistes a més de 1300 actors a nivell local, regional i mundial. Les RAyS sostenen una trama complexa d’actors que traccionen col·laborativament i en la diversitat. Són estratègies d'acció i també una manera de ser, fer i estar al món. Són comunitats que aprenen de manera col·laborativa i una manera de generar entramats de capital social que ofereixen contenció, suport i potencial de creixement.
Abstract: We live in a networked world, experiencing the challenge of being interconnected and building fraternity. Education is part of a complex system and is challenged to constantly transform itself, learn from and with others, weave bonds that give meaning to daily work, and drive the collective and collaborative construction of knowledge. We are part of complex systems of multiple networks and are challenged to learn from everyone. Learning and Service Networks (L&SN) are framed within these elements to enhance the performance and identity of institutions and actors seeking to build a more supportive world as a strategy for participation, training and advocacy that strengthens the possibility of leaving installed capacity and making service-learning grow in different territories. This article describes how R&S can be led and managed and how relevant actors at the global level perceive the state of play and networking challenges. It is based on two Global Mappings of SL as a source of information, which surveyed more than 1300 actors at local, regional and global levels through questionnaires and interviews. The results show that L&SN supports a complex web of actors working together and in diversity towards common goals. They are strategies of action, an identifying feature of the actors, a way of being, doing and being in the world, and communities that learn together.
