Resumen: Se toma el inicio del trabajo de Jorge Saurí, con su investigación neurofisiológica, y se analiza cómo su trabajo clínico lo llevó a recurrir a otras categorías. Del efecto de una sustancia a su variación según la relación terapéutica que implicó el cambio de método y la ampliación de los conceptos. Abstract: This article takes the beginning of Jorge Saurí’s work, with his neurophysiological investigations, and analyzes how his clinical work took him to resort to other categories. From the effect of a substance, to its variation according to the therapeutic relation that implied the change of method and the extension of the concepts. It analyses the enigma, the intimity, the symbol, the numinous, the fear, the awe, the terror, the anguish.
