El principio de subsidiariedad aplicado en la Curia Romana : ¿La Curia Romana, requiere reforma o aggiornamento?

Resumen: Toda cambio en la Iglesia responde a un discernimiento de los signos de los tiempos bajo la inspiración del Espíritu Santo. La Curia Romana, con sus personas y organismos, debe ser fiel a Cristo y al sucesor de Pedro. Sus posibles reformas también deben expresar la comunión y conformar una eficaz ayuda a toda la Iglesia. El principio de subsidiariedad, que forma parte del magisterio y de los principios inspiradores del Código vigente, si se combina con otros criterios de buen gobierno, puede ser una eficaz ayuda para lograr este fin.
Abstract: Each change in the Church obeys to judgment about the signs of the times under the Holy Spirit inspiration. The Roman Curia and its organisms must be faithful to Christ and to Peter’s successor. The possible changes also must express the communion and form a successful help to the whole Church. The principle of subsidiary function, that is part of the teaching and also of the inspiring principles of the current Code, can be an important help to reach that goal if is combined with other criteria of good government.
