Revisión de la evolución de los bosques implantados de Misiones y los regímenes de promoción

Se analiza la evolución de las superficies de plantaciones forestales en la Provincia de Misiones desde 1940 al 2014, los regímenes de promoción y la asociación entre ambos. El ritmo de crecimiento ha variado de 1.808 ha/año en el periodo de 1940 a 1968 cuando se realizó el Primer Censo Forestal Provincial y dicha tasa paso a un valor anual de 3.735 ha si consideramos el periodo 1940 hasta el Segundo Censo Forestal Provincial de 1971, periodo donde se encontraba en vigencia las promociones previstas en la ley 13.273 y paso a 5.392 ha/año entre 1971 y 2001, entre el Segundo Censo Forestal Provincial y el Primer Inventario Forestal Provincial, cuando estuvieron en vigencia la ley 22.211 y la ley 25.080 desde 1999. Entre 2001 y 2014 estuvieron en vigencia las leyes 25.080 y 26.432, la tasa decrecimiento fue de 9.866 ha/año. La superficie total al año 2014 alcanzó los 405.824 ha, con una tasa de aumento promedio de 5.484 ha/año. Respecto a la superficie del género Eucaliptus la tasa más alta de 3936 ha/año se da en el periodo 2010–2014, con la vigencia de las Leyes 26.432 y XVI 106. Las superficies totales y las tasas de variación de las superficies forestadas fueron en aumento y dependieron de los sistemas de fomento. Se recomienda estudiar y debatir el valor final que alcanzará la superficie total de bosques implantados de la Provincia.
The evolution of the areas of forest plantations in the Province of Misiones from 1940 to 2014, the promotion regimes and the association between the two are analyzed in this work. The rate of growth has varied from 1,808 ha / year in the period from 1940 to 1968 when the First Provincial Forestry Census was held and this rate increased to an annual value of 3,735 ha if we consider the period 1940 until the Second Provincial Forestry Census of 1971, period in which the promotions provided for the Law 13.273 were valid, and increased to 5,392 hectares / year between 1971 and 2001, between the Second Provincial Forestry Census and the First Provincial Forestry Inventory, when the Law 22.211 and the Law 25.080 were in force since 1999. Between 2001 and 2014 the Laws 25.080 and 26.432 were in force, the growth rate was 9,866 ha / year. The total area in 2014 reached 405,824 ha, with an average rate of increase of 5,484 ha / year. Regarding the surface of the genus Eucalyptus, the highest rate of 3936 ha / year was in the period 2010-2014, with the validity of Laws 26.432 and XVI 106. The total areas and the variation rates of the forested areas were in increase and depended on the promotion systems. It is recommended to study and discuss the final value that will reach the total area of implanted forests of the Province.
