El Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación, incorporó, en el Título IV del Libro Sexto, disposiciones específicas de Derecho Internacional Privado respondiendo a la necesidad de una regulación general y autónoma, aunque incompleta, de esta disciplina jurídica. Específicamente en materia de contratación internacional, frente a la internacionalización de las relaciones jurídicas, las nuevas tecnologías y el rol de los contratos como instrumentos idóneos en los negocios jurídicos internacionales, este Código adoptó normas sobre contratos internacionales, sin tal calificativo, en coordinación con los sistemas de otros Estados y de las Convenciones Internacionales en la materia. El objeto del presente trabajo es analizar la normativa contractual internacional en el Código Civil y Comercial, la jerarquía de fuentes y la recepción de la autonomía de la voluntad.
The Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation, incorporated, in the Title IV of the Sixth Book, specifics private international law provisions in responding to a need for a general and autonomous regulation, although incomplete, of this legal discipline. Specifically, in the field of international contracting, forehead to the internationalization of legal relations, new technologies and the role of the contracts as appropriate instruments in the international legal business, this Code adopted rules on international contracts, without such qualifier, in coordination with the systems of the other States and of the international conventions. The object of the present work is to analyze the international contract law in the Civil and Commercial Code, the hierarchy of sources and the reception of the party autonomy.
