Discursos mediáticos sobre las violencias hacia los edificios escolares

El artículo presenta los hallazgos de una investigación socioeducativa sobre los discursos mediáticos. El objetivo consistió en analizar las principales características de las prácticas discursivas de la mediatización de las violencias hacia los edificios escolares. Se basa en el análisis cualitativo de una muestra de tres mil quinientas ochenta y una notas de los diarios de la ciudad de La Plata, en el período 1993-2011. La fuente de datos fue secundaria y se realizó una muestra finalística, en la que se seleccionaron las notas que aportaran información de interés en relación con el objetivo estipulado. El método utilizado fue el análisis socioeducativo del discurso. Entre los principales resultados se encuentra que las violencias hacia los edificios escolares quedan asociadas a una práctica expresiva que hace responsable a los jóvenes. Estas redes semánticas invisiblizan la complejidad de la condición juvenil y a las escuelas como instituciones formadoras. Esta investigación amplía la base empírica para pensar y discutir la dificultad de la representación de la escuela y de sus actores en los medios de comunicación, y cómo a través de los sentidos implícitos se construyen ciertos sujetos como amenazantes. Se hace pertinente aclarar que estos análisis tienen como limitación que se abordó el estudio desde la prensa provincial y cabría preguntarse si las lógicas periodísticas se modificarían en la prensa nacional. Es un aporte sustantivo al ser considerado en el plan de estudios para la educación y alfabetización mediática destinado a docentes.
The article presents the findings of an investigation on the speeches socioducativa media. The objective of this study was to analyze the main features of the discursive practices of the media coverage of the violence toward the school buildings. This discussion seeks to clarify the challenges to show the youthfulness in the mass media. It is based on the qualitative analysis of a sample comprising of three thousand five hundred and eighty one notes of the newspapers of the city of La Plata in the period 1993-2011. The data source was secondary and conducted a final sample, by selecting the notes that provide information of interest in relation to the aim stipulated. Discourse socioeducational analysis was used as a means of exploring social representations of the message. Among the main findings was that the violence toward the school buildings are still associated with an expressive practice making responsible to young people. These semantic networks invisiblizan the complexity of the condition of youth and to schools as forming institutions. This research extends the empirical basis to think and discuss the difficulty of the representation of the school and its actors in the media, and how through the senses implicit are built certain subject as threatening. It is pertinent to clarify that these analyzes have the limitation that addressed the study from the provincial press and it might be asked whether the journalistic logic would be amended in the national press. It is a substantive contribution to be considered in the curriculum for the education and media literacy for teachers.
