¿Nuevos textos de la patria? Exportación cultural, traducciones y canon en la literatura argentina contemporánea en Israel

Este artículo explora los procesos de transferencia de la literatura argentina en la actualidad a partir del caso de las traducciones al hebreo en el periodo 2010-2018. Se analizarán tanto las intermediaciones como los procesos de recepción, considerando el contacto entre personas e instituciones por medio de objetos como libros o revistas. El presente artículo supone un análisis exploratorio de los vínculos entre traducción, mediación, importación cultural y movimientos de canonización, por lo que el referente de análisis es el sistema literario formado por editoriales, editores y libros, que nos permitirá explorar transformaciones operadas en el canon de la literatura argentina en la fase actual de su circulación transnacional. Trabajaremos a partir de las traducciones subsidiadas de autores argentinos al hebreo en 2000-2018 y una entrevista en profundidad que permitirá caracterizar la figura de Uriel Kon, editor argentino residente en Israel constituido como un actor privilegiado en los procesos de importación cultural de la literatura argentina en ese país.
Abstract This paper explores the transfer processes of Argentinean literature today from the case of translations into Hebrew in the period 2010- 2018. Both intermediations and reception processes will be analyzed considering the contact between people and institutions through objects such as books or magazines. This article assumes an exploratory analysis of the links between translation, mediation, cultural importation and new movements of canonization, so the reference of analysis is the literary system formed by publishing houses, publishers, and books, which will allow us to explore the transformations operated in the canon of Argentinean literature in the current phase of its transnational circulation. We will work on the basis of the subsidized translations of Argentinean authors into Hebrew in 2000- 2018 and an in-depth interview that will allow us to investigate the figure of Uriel Kon, an Argentinean editor who became as a privileged actor in the processes of cultural importation of Argentinean literary culture in Israel. The selection of this case is relevant to analyze cultural export processes since the figure of this editor merges the four collections and publishing houses that have translated the 80% of Latin American and Argentinean literature into Hebrew in the last two decades.
