Desafíos de la agroecología en territorios suburbanos

Los Sistemas Alimentarios Nutricionales (SAN) se encuentran atravesados por crisis ambientales, económicas y sociales, generadas en gran parte por la producción agroindustrial y el procesamiento cada vez mayor de los alimentos, que repercuten negativamente en la salud de las personas y el ambiente. En todo el mundo han surgido múltiples luchas sociales resultado de la visibilización y concientización de estos efectos por parte de la población. En la Provincia de Córdoba, Argentina, también, aunque desarticuladas de instituciones como las escuelas, donde también docentes y estudiantes desarrollan actividades similares. En Sierras Chicas, Córdoba, han surgido organizaciones para abordar temáticas relativas al cuidado del ambiente y la producción agroecológica con alto nivel de compromiso y buena voluntad de sus integrantes, pero con lógicas dificultades de articular los espacios comunitarios con redes mayores (como la Vía Campesina, la Unión de Trabajadores de la Tierra (UTT), los productores de la Confederación de Trabajadores de la Economía Popular (CTEP)) y con instituciones educativas al interior de territorios locales. Por ello se trabaó junto a los estudiantes de 4to año del Instituto Provincial de Educación Media (IPEM) 410 de Villa Allende. El presente trabajo acerca la experiencia de un desafío agroecológico producto del encuentro entre la educación media, organizaciones de base y la universidad. Trabajo que parte del dialogar qué y cómo comemos, discurre por talleres compartidos del sembrar, cocinar, de la comensalidad, del visitar huertas, comer frutos del monte nativo y de la tierra escolar, del desafío de descolonizarnos y desterritorializar los alimentos que enfer-man el cuerpo y el ambiente.
The nutritional food systems (SAN) are crossed by environmental, economic and social crises, generated in large part by the agro-industrial production and the increasing pro-cessing of food, which have a negative impact on the health of people and the environ-ment. Throughout the world, various social struggles have emerged as a result of the po-pulation's visibility and awareness of these effects; in the Province of Córdoba, Argentina too, although disarticulated with institutions such as schools where teachers and students also develop similar activities. In Sierras Chicas, Córdoba organizations have emerged to address issues related to the care of the environment and agro-ecological production, with a high level of commitment and willingness of its members, but with logical difficul-ties in articulating community spaces, larger networks (such as Via Campesina, the UTT, the producers of the CTEP) and with educational institutions within local territories. That is why we worked together with the students of the secondary school of IPEM 410 in the city of Villa Allende. This work brings together the experience of an agroecologi-cal challenge resulting from the encounter between secondary education, social and po-pular organizations and the university. This work starts from the dialogue what and how we eat, advances around shared workshops of sowing, cooking, commensality, visiting orchards, eating fruits of the native mountain and school land, the challenge of decolo-nizing and deterritorialising the foods that make us sick the body and the environment. This work advances in the objective of continuing to territorialize agroecology in suburban neighborhoods, from the synergic action tending to promote the creation and strengthening of links and the growth of the agroecological movement in the region.
