Radios locales en Río Negro: Primeras aproximaciones y reflexiones en el territorio provincial

Desde anteriores relevamientos de medios comunitarios en la Argentina y un recorrido en primera persona al territorio analizado, buscamos indagar y aportar a lo ya realizado, como así también investigar en especificidades de las radios comunitarias en relación a sus realidades locales. En este análisis sumamos la categoría de emisoras de proximidad, para acercarnos a realidades que puedan conversar con conceptos ya existentes de la comunicación comunitaria, popular y alternativa; asimismo nos centraremos en las prácticas que provienen de las necesidades de las propias comunidades y que escapan a estructuras ya establecidas, ya sea desde lo mediático como desde lo conceptual. Si bien investigaremos radios con inclinación comunitaria, nos encontraremos con casos que, muchas veces, no reflejan en su composición una totalidad comunitaria y que señalan un escenario más complejo y heterogéneo.La metodología utilizada para este trabajo será de índole cualitativo y tendrá dos cuestiones principales. La primera tiene que ver, teniendo en cuenta relevamientos anterior, con una exploración inicial y caso por caso que se refleje en una sistematización por zonas territoriales. En segundo lugar, se realizan entrevistas semiestructuradas a referentes/as de las emisoras ubicadas para un mejor conocimiento y que colabore al análisis de datos sensibles del contexto social.
The following work is based on existing and worked reflections in the field of community, popular and alternative communication, more specifically in radio support. However, the location of the analysis in the province of Río Negro, Argentina, as well as a first approach to the local radio survey within that territory; it seeks not only to generate a more exhaustive antecedent of the territory, but to be able to think from the local territory, realities that can impose other reflections. Since previous surveys of community media in Argentina and a first-person tour of the analyzed territory, we seek to investigate and contribute to what has already been done, as well as investigate the specificities of community radio stations in relation to their local realities. In this analysis we add the category of proximity stations, to bring us closer to realities that can converse with existing concepts of community, popular and alternative communication; as well as focusing on the practices that come from the needs of the communities themselves and that escape already established structures, either from the media or from the conceptual. Although we will investigate radios with community inclination, we will find cases that often do not reflect in their composition a community totality, indicating a more complex and heterogeneous scenario. The methodology used for this work will be qualitative and will have two main issues. The first has to do, taking into account previous surveys, with an initial and case-by-case exploration that is reflected in a systematization by territorial zones. In the second place, semi-structured interviews are conducted with referents of the stations located for a better knowledge and to collaborate in the analysis of sensitive data of the social context.
