El circuito productivo sojero argentino en el modelo post-convertibilidad: Una aproximación desde el enfoque de análisis regional

El artículo analiza el circuito productivo sojero argentino en el modelo posconvertibilidad, 2002- 2008. Se toman herramientas teórico-metodológicas del enfoque de análisis regional para el abordaje de las dinámicas productivas, impactos territoriales, agentes, relaciones de clase y el papel del Estado. Indagamos las transformaciones ligadas a la «revolución verde» y la agriculturización. Abordamos el modelo posconvertibilidad como marco para caracterizar las actividades dominantes del circuito productivo sojero, centrándonos en sus agentes y sus disímiles capacidades de acumulación. Posteriormente, articulamos el análisis del modelo, los agentes y los cambios en la correlación de fuerzas constituyendo un marco interpretativo para reflexionar acerca de las retenciones, la inflación y el «conflicto del campo».
The article analyzes the Argentinean soy production circuit in the post-convertibility model, 2002-2008. Theoretic-methodological tools from the regional analysis perspective are used to address the production dynamics, territorial impacts, agents, class relationships and the role of the State. Transformations related to the «green revolution» and the agriculturization process are examined. The post-convertibility model is the setting approached to describe the main activities of the soy production circuit, with a focus on the agents and their dissimilar capacities of accumulation. Finally, the analysis of the model, the agents and the changes in the actors´ power relationship are articulate to form an interpretative frame for revising retentions, inflation and the «rural conflict».
