El objetivo de este artículo es analizar el poder internacional de Argentina a través de la política exterior de los gobiernos kirchneristas (2003-2015), enfocando los conceptos de autonomía e influencia. El estudio considera, por un lado, las relaciones bilaterales de Argentina con Brasil, China y Estados Unidos y, por otro lado, su participación en las cumbres del G-20 y su papel frente a las crisis institucionales y diplomáticas de países latinoamericanos. Se observa que los citados gobiernos tuvieron independencia decisional y tendieron a adaptar al país a los condicionantes de la dinámica internacional. Sin embargo, del análisis se desprende que las acciones de política exterior no materializaron la autonomía sostenida desde la retórica (construyendo poder para recortar dependencias), ni tampoco desplegaron influencia a través de la persuasión para proyectar poder.
The objective of this article is to analyze the international power of Argentina through the foreign policy of kirchneristas governments (2003-2015) by focusing on the concepts of autonomy and influence. The study was done by considering, on the one hand, the bilateral relations of Argentina with Brazil, China and the United States, and on the other its participation in the summits of the G-20 and deal with crises institutional and diplomatic of Latin American countries. It notes that the above-mentioned governments took independence of decision-making and tended to adapt the country to the constraints of international dynamics. However, the analysis suggests that foreign policy actions do not materialize the sustained autonomy from the rhetoric building power for cutting units, nor deployed influence through persuasion for power projection.
