El cuerpo roto de la Nación Católica: Del humanismo católico a los intelectuales liberal-conservadores en el momento posperonista

El presente artículo propone una lectura del libro "Cristianos antifascistas" de José Zanca desde dos ejes: 1) analizar el aporte de la obra del historiador desde una óptica tanto temática como metodológica y 2) estudiar cómo las pautas de la obra ingresan en diálogo con nuestro propio tema de investigación. Así, se aborda a los intelectuales liberal-conservadores y las problemáticas que la religión y el humanismo abrieron en su espacio, para ejemplificar luego con el caso del jurista Ambrosio Romero Carranza.
This paper is based on a reading of José Zanca’s work and aims to show different paths to address the liberal-conservative intellectuals of postperonism. Focused on the unresolved issues related to the complex reception of Catholic humanism and to the positions regarding “the end of Christianity” as analyzed by the author, the piece develops on the analysis of how those intellectuals used Catholicism as the axis of the controversies with nationalisms, where both European fascisms and Peronism were placed. Finally, we deal with the jurist Ambrosio Romero Carranza, a luminal figure between Catholic Humanism and Liberal-Conservatism, as an example of the previously expressed ideas.
