La industria argentina tiene un importante rezago tecnológico frente a los países desarrollados, hecho que no se ha revertido en la posconvertibilidad, aun cuando hubo gobiernos que reconocieron la importancia de dicho sector. El presente trabajo procura estudiar la política industrial de la Argentina entre 2003 y 2019, sus fortalezas, debilidades y los cambios que sufrió a lo largo de la posconvertibilidad, con el objetivo de extraer lecciones para el futuro.
Argentine industry has a significant technological lag compared to developed countries, a fact that has not been reversed in post-convertibility, even though there were governments that recognized the importance of this sector. This paper seeks to study the industrial policy of Argentina between 2003 and 2019, its strengths, weaknesses and the changes it underwent throughout post-convertibility, with the aim of drawing lessons for the future.
