Pensar la hegemonía y la estrategia política en Latinoamérica

El presente artículo procura sistematizar algunas ideas para pensar los procesos políticos llevados adelante por los gobiernos de izquierda y centro-izquierda en América Latina desde principios del siglo XXI. En primer lugar, se resume un esquema general sobre la teoría de la hegemonía en el que se incorporan, a una matriz de tipo gramsciano, una serie de aportes de la tradición de Ernesto La clau, y que presta especial atención al hecho de que los procesos latinoamericanos han logrado disputar, de algún modo, la hegemonía. En segundo lugar, se sistematizan algunos de los éxitos de la estrategia y la táctica política de estos movimientos. Y, finalmente, se esbozan algunas limitaciones de estos procesos y se propone una estrategia de tipo posneoliberal para darle continuidad al sendero emancipatorio.
This article tries to systematize some ideas to think the political processes carried out by the left and center-left governments in Latin America from the beginning of the 21th century. In first place, it summarizes a general scheme about the theory of hegemony where a series of contributions of the tradition of Ernesto Laclau are incorporated in a matrix of gramscian perspective, and that also takes notice of the fact that the Latin-American processes have been able to dispute, in some way, the hegemony. In second place, it systematizes some of the successes of the strategy and the political tactic of these movements. And, finally, it sketches some limitations of these processes and it proposes a counter-neoliberal strategy to give continuity to the emancipatory path.
