El objetivo de este artículo es realizar un aporte al debate sobre los conceptos de burocracia sindical. Partimos de la investigación empírica reciente sobre conflictividad social y laboral en Argentina. Posteriormente, retomamos los aportes provenientes de la interpretación marxista. Se realiza una crítica sobre algunas derivaciones de esta tradición. La tesis de la burocracia sindical se ubica temporalmente y espacialmente para mejorarla como instrumento analítico.
The aim of this article is to contribute to the debate on union bureaucracy´s concept. We start from the recent empirical research on social and labor protest in Argentina. Later we reintroduce the contributions of the Marxist interpretation. A critique on some derivations of this tradition is made. The union bureaucracy thesis is located temporal and spatially in order to improve it as an analytical instrument.
