En un trabajo previo he sostenido que ni la desigualdad global ni la internacional es moralmente relevante. Sólo la desigualdad doméstica que se da en el seno de Estados políticamente legítimos posee relevancia moral. Ni la desigualdad entre Estados, ni la desigualdad entre individuos que habitan diferentes Estados es moralmente relevante. El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo determinar si la aparición de un nuevo derecho global transgubernamental, generado por redes horizontales y verticales de funcionarios, exige revisar esta conclusión.
n a previous paper I have argued that either global or international inequality is morally irrelevant. only domestic inequality that occurs in poli-tically legitimate states is morally relevant. Neither inequality between sta-tes, or inequality between individuals inhabiting different states is morally relevant. The objective of this paper is to determine whether or not the emer-gence of a new global transgovernmental law, generated by horizontal and vertical networks of officials, requires to revise this conclusion.
